The ninth child of Mr. Manuel G. dela Rosa and Mrs. Paz dela Rosa. He was born on November 3, 1964. He is married to Vilma Camain and they have two children
namely Kim Justin, 15 and Karl Joseph, 12.
He took up his Bachelor of Church Music at Febias College of Bible in 1986 and his Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Music at Envarga University Foundation in Lucena City. He is presently completing his Master of Arts degree in Educational Management at Polytechnic University in Manila.
He had been a teacher in Manila and was engaged in the Performing Arts Manila for 16 years.
He is a national Awardee for Culture Music
and Arts given by the Young Professional Foundation of the Philippines.

To date, he is now holding the following by positions: Music Director of Plaridel Bible Church, General Manager of Psalmist Music Center, President of Plaridel Private School Association, President of Bulacan Private Schools Association, Adviser of Bulacan Private Schools Association Provincial Executive Board. He is also a part time television actor, commercial model, lecturer and Workshop Facilitator.
